Who: Postpartum moms who are expected to give birth in the three months leading up to the first circle. Though babies are not required to attend, they are encouraged! We encourage you sign up in advance of giving birth as our circles regularly sell out. If you end up delivering early, late or any issues arise, we are happy to move you to another circle pending availability. It is always better to book early and push out to a later circle as there is likely more flexibility with future circles.

Dates: Circle meets 1x a week for 6 weeks on Mondays (skips Labor Day)

Circle 5 (September 22): Self-Care, Pelvic Floor Health + Returning to Exercise with Dr. Amy Meehan, founder of Revelle Physical Therapy

Circle 6 (September 29): Specialist visit TBD.

*Specialists might change due to availability, but there will be a postpartum doula and/or specialist at every session.
