CircleMoms’ mission is to create a safe space for moms to relate, share, and normalize new experiences, leaving women feeling less alone in the fourth trimester and beyond. Through location-specific, in-person groups, mom meet-ups, and online resources, CircleMoms is the essential, built-in village that every mom needs.
Responsibilities include:
• Source a postpartum doula in your community to lead weekly circles
• Identify a circle location, dates and time
• Promote circle in your city using social media and other local businesses to spread the word
• Attend the first and last circle of each 5 week series to introduce the circle and close it out
• Find specialists to attend the circle (ex. pelvic floor PT, pediatric PT, mental health professional)
• Manage day to day emails/questions relevant to your city across all relevant platforms (slack and email)
A few notes about the role:
• This is an Independent Contractor Role
• The hours per week will vary but generally range from 5-10 hrs
• Compensation is based on a percentage of each circle’s profit
