About

CircleMoms provides support and connection for mothers in the first 3 months after birth. Through location-specific support groups, CircleMoms is the essential, built-in village that every mom needs postpartum.

Led by Doulas specializing in maternal health, CircleMoms is designed to connect you with other moms in your community to discuss real, honest, and common concerns in the early days of motherhood. We bring in local specialists to support you with postpartum healing and baby development.

By the end of your five or six week session, you will walk away with strategies, solutions, and resources to help you thrive in motherhood. And most importantly, you will have a circle of amazing women in your zip code to help you through the somewhat scary and overwhelming yet equally magical fourth trimester - and beyond.

Maternal support isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. Find your circle!

Meet Our Founders.

We’re Brittany and Susannah — two moms figuring out motherhood just like you!

We met while working at Parsley Health as health coaches. When we had babies at the same time in 2018, we quickly became excited about the intersection between wellness and motherhood. We wanted to give other women the gift that we didn’t have at the time— a community to plug into right after birth. Many of our friends weren’t in the same stage of life, or motherhood, and talking about feeding, soothing, changing dozens of diapers, and transforming into this new role of mother. Having the ability to be seen and heard from women going through the same milestones is empowering. Coming together to share a collective journey in the early postpartum period can be so uplifting and supportive during these early days.

It takes a village. We all know that. Yet so many parts of motherhood are done alone. We’re here to change that. Our circles create a safe space to relate, share, and normalize fourth trimester experiences, and feel less alone. The friends we made during the postpartum period are the women that continue to support us throughout our motherhood journeys. We want the same for you!

Brittany Forman

Co-Founder

Brittany Forman is a Certified Functional Nutritionist, Lifestyle Practitioner, Certified Health Coach, and the Co-Founder of CircleMoms.

She began her career in finance, working in prime brokerage and later in investor relations at a quantitative hedge fund. After nearly a decade in the industry, Brittany shifted her focus to the wellness space, driven by a desire for better balance, nutrition, and self-care. She became certified as a health coach through IIN and as a nutrition practitioner through Functional Nutrition Lab. She then began her wellness career at Parsley Health and Functional Medicine SF.

Brittany went on to found an organic snack subscription company, offering convenient access to healthy snacking nationwide.

After becoming a mother, Brittany identified a gap in maternal wellness—especially in the postpartum period—and co-founded CircleMoms in 2018 to support women during this critical life stage.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies from Dickinson College and actively volunteers in her community.
